Hello Beautiful People! Dealing with the emotional and mental stress of infertility is hard on its own. But have you ever stopped to wonder why this journey of infertility is so emotionally and mentally hard?

  Why do you actually feel like you’re not good enough to be a mother? Why do you keep doing things that you know are having a negative effect on your fertility?   Like drinking or eating inflammatory foods - WTF! RIGHT?   Looking back at your past and looking at the insecurities that you have carried for a long time can be hard during your infertility journey. But it can be mentally and emotionally liberating!   Not feeling worthy enough about becoming a mom, even though you desperately want it, can be having a real impact on your fertility health - mentally and physically. These feelings of inadequacy can lead you to do the things you know you shouldn’t - put down the f*cking cookie! ;)   On this episode of the Sarah & I talk about our own personal insecurities that were having a negative impact on our mental and physical health, especially our fertility health.
