Do You Really Have to Drink Bone Broth to Get Pregnant?⁣⁠
No. Is the honest answer. 😬⁣⁠
But if you're not vegan & you can tolerate it, I would highly recommend it!!⁣⁠ Bone Broth can have amazing benefits for your Fertility & it can really help improve your egg quality when used alongside a balanced diet & lifestyle.
I don't believe in superfoods, but I do believe in getting back to how our ancestors ate. And they for sure had "Bone Broth" whenever they eat meat!!⁣⁠

There are two different types Broth & Stock⁣⁠
🍖Broth is based on meat
🦴Stock is based on bones
The most common flavours are chicken, beef and vegetable, though nearly any type of meat & fish can be used.⁣⁠

ANSWER: on the private community board: HI! This made me LOL - I remember the days well! You're doing great if you can drink Bone Broth raw. I used to just drink it too, but only 3/4 cups a week. Amiee sent me her book 💚 - she does have you drinking loads of Bone Broth! There's a section called "Bone Broth Hacks" Have you seen that? It's on page 50/51 on my PDF - hopefully, it's similar in your book!?! 

What I would suggest is this: 

🦩Try to incorporate meals that have BB in them - There's a few in the 4-week meal plan within the course the BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP & BOOSTED CHICKEN SOUP have Bone Broth in them. Obviously, you can find loads of different recipes if that's useful. If you live somewhere hot  & bone broth soups don't great, keep to the salads and colder food & add in 3/5 cups of bone broth throughout the week. Try to have a really good variety of different things in your salad - even if it’s just changing it up everyone you go to the shop. So pick 3/4 one week & then change up that 3/4 next week. I found (still do this) that I was wasting food by trying to get in ALL the different types of vegetables in one week!!
