I know you just want to tell people to🖕🏽Off when we get comments like “just relax” or “just stop stressing”
But here is the Scientific Fact: The way you handle stress will determine the way stress handles you. If you let stress get the better of you, it will f*ck your sh*t up - including your fertility!
Do NOT underestimate stress & its ability to f*ck your hormones, digestive function, immune response, brainpower and ultimately fertility.
Study after study has shown that things like mind-body courses, journaling, meditation, cognitive behavioural therapy, yoga, talking a long walk outside, movement & Emotional Freedom Tequniq can make a BIG positive impact on fertility including;
🦩higher retrieval rates
🦩less chance of miscarriage
🦩higher success rates of pregnancy
Relaxing and reducing your stress levels is not about becoming a zen-master. It's about supporting YOURSELF through the hard AF times & getting through all life's BS with a little more grace.
Learning some stress management skills can not only benefit you but your fertility journey too.You're type-A and most of your life you've been in a hurry - you're truly grateful for this time and going to soak up every minute.
You've been too busy being in a rush, to enjoy the little things & do things right the first time. You can now take away all the expectations in your life and enjoy the day by day.
Living day by day is brilliant & you'll be able to worry about the things you can't control.
When you go to sleep at night, you can now look at your day and be grateful for all that surrounds you and look at tomorrow with a blank slate.
And that folks is a bunch of 💩 B.U.L.L. S.H.I.T. 💩
How do I know? Because I've been there. Sometimes I'm still there.
It's going to take commitment, struggle & hard work to change things up.
You'll fall short all the time. Your mind will roam off to situations of doom & destruction. You'll be distracted by Netflix & Red Wine. You'll worry about situations that haven't even happened yet.
AND THIS IS ALL PERFECTLY NORMAL!
Learning to become zen-like to YOUR best abilities is KEY in so many different ways! Let’s face it, we all could do with relaxing more in our lives - there’s a lot of type A woman within this community

I had to sort my reaction to ALL life’s stressors out - whether that was what I was eating or what events were happening in my life.
Here’s the thing about relaxing. It helps us to manage all of the “stressors” in your life.
Figure out what your kryptonite(s) are, is step one to becoming more zen-like. Step two: figuring out the best way to sort that shit out.
But self-care & rewiring the mind is an important step when you're wanting & willing to improve your chances of creating your dream family.
It's highly likely you're telling yourself things like.
"I can't get pregnant."
"I can't change my diet."
One of the universe’s favourite things to do is play The Match Game. What it delivers is always a match for our inner fabric of beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and expectations.
💣Be negative and you’ll get a bunch of negativity in your life. Match.
💣Expect things to go wrong and they will. Match.
💣Believe you’re not worthy of life’s good and you’ll never have it. Match.

Who we are being is a composite of what we believe (about the world and ourselves), how we think and feel, and what we expect.
I didn’t achieve my goals, by “just” being positive or relaxing 🙄 or eating the right diet for my body. I became what I wanted to be.
Healthy. Mentally, Emotionally and Physically. I started saying WHEN not if.
And by doing this, the hard work paid off. I restored my fertility health & achieve my goal of becoming a mother. YOU CAN TOO! It is achievable.

You attract what you are. BE, DO, HAVE. ✊🏽👊🏽🙌🏽 Not wish/hope, do, have.
So how do you BE, DO, HAVE?
You need to find a few practices that you WILL commit to over & over & over & over. This is not a do it a few times & everything is fixed type of thing. This is when shit hits the fan, I call on these practices to help me through it type of thing.
You might HATE them at first. At times it will be painful. But just like hitting the gym or training for a 5k fun run, you have to put in the work. Even when you don't feel like it.
