I have been thinking, because let me just be honest with you, I'm not a New Year knew me type of person. I lost that illusion back in my infertility victim years. I was living in Scotland.

But living up there, I'm a California girl living up there and having the winters being very dark and very cold. I remember thinking, why would I start anything new right now? I can't grow my garden. From that point, which was over 15 years ago, I don't have this New Year, me type of vibe. I'm in hibernation mode. I don't over-celebrate the holiday season. And it's really a time for reflection, stillness, and going inwards and getting silent because you just have more time in the dark.

I know that there are hundreds, if not thousands of women who have got pregnant naturally or through IVF by just listening to this podcast. The information that has been accumulated on this podcast is essential for many people. We are now in this phase. Almost everyone around me, because what I'm able to do, my superpower, my ability, we all have one, it's innate. It's all about clearing the bullshit. The main part is the overwhelm of you want to fix like 20 different things, and we're not honing in on maybe a few things at one time.

being consistent with that and getting into coherence, alignment, feeling it in your body, becoming that observer with awareness, radical responsibility, and then the accountability for yourself or having that outside accountability. Almost no one's doing that. Even I wasn't doing it for a while. So I've been getting silent.

getting into my meditations, whether that be in the shower, while I'm driving, not turning on a podcast, not listening to music, just getting silent to have those conversations with myself. Because for me, my connection, my inner voice doesn't sound like God, like, Monica, here I am.
